How do I make a purchase?
* Once you have found an item, select your size and color, and click on the 'add to cart' button next to each item. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top of the page. In your 'cart overview' you can remove items by clicking 'remove'. Click on 'checkout' to complete your order.
How do I order a specific color from the color options?
* To order a specific color from our color options, upon checking out, enter the color name in the "custom color field" field found in the shopping cart.
How do I know which size to choose?
* To ensure you are ordering the correct size, view our fit guide and base your decision on our three key measurements: Bust, waist and hip. Our available sizes are 2-20 with customized lengths available: (measurement is from underarm to hem). Custom sizing is also available, a fee may apply depending on how far off of our size chart it is. Mostly any size can be accommodated though, so please don't hesitate to ask.
I would like to try on a dress before making a purchase, what should I do?
How should my bridesmaids order their dresses?
* The best way for bridal parties to order from Dahl is to have purchases completed individually on the website. This method ensures we are getting the correct sizing, notes and shipping information respectively from each customer. If you need more help we can walk you through it--just email us!
How long does it take to receive my order?
* Dahl items are made-to-order, which means most of the time your garment is made once it has been purchased. We are a small production and do not mass produce our garments and we make our online orders as they come in. Because we cater to so many brides and bridesmaids, we require a 3-4 week production period for party dresses and 2 months for wedding gowns-- rest assured you normally will receive a single order much sooner. A rush may certainly be granted if you email us prior to ordering.
Do you accept RUSH orders?
* Yes. To inquire, first email us with your request and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. Often times there will be a fee included. if it is a significant rush. If you have already checked out via our website and we have granted your rush order, we will invoice you for the RUSHED shipping & handling balance once your items have shipped. We kindly ask that you complete the transaction in a timely fashion.
Do you ship internationally?
* Yes. Please note: International shipping is $20 via US First Class Priority Mail, but this does not include a reliable tracking number. If you are international and would like Express Guaranteed shipping, there is an added cost (but rest assured you can track your parcel). Please email us if you'd prefer that. If you've already paid for shipping and would like to upgrade to Express, we will invoice you the remainder of the balance once we have shipped.Which payment methods do you accept?
* We accept PayPal as well as most major credit cards.
How will I be notified that you've received my order?
* After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be charged at time of ordering. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
Can I track my order?
* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
Do you accept returns?
We are a small company and our dresses are made-to-order specially for you. Dahl items are non-refundable, unless fault or damage occurs, where we offer the option of exchange.
* Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Do you do alterations?
* We do not offer alteration services and are not responsible for the cost
of alterations once you receive your item, so please choose sizes carefully. If you would like to change details about a specific design, please ask
and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate.
